Breakfast

breakfast table at restaurantGeorge’s Corner Restaurant is known for its delicious pub food and convenient downtown location, but it’s also a popular spot for breakfast! Begin with a fruit smoothie or a Bloody Mary before diving into your meal of biscuits and sausage gravy, huevos rancheros, chicken fried steak and eggs, or a breakfast burrito. You can also find delicious French toast and pancakes on the menu, as well as stuffed omelets and eggs benedict. No matter what you like to eat for breakfast, George’s Corner Restaurant will provide a hearty and delicious meal to fuel your day.

Lunch

Those who enjoy Asian cuisine must go to Benja’s Thai Garden for lunch! You can find anything and everything there, from soups and salads to curry, fried rice, and Thai noodles. The appetizer list is extensive, with spring rolls, potstickers, coconut shrimp, and vegetable tempura being just a few of the options. And don’t miss out on the sushi! Benja’s makes every type of hand roll you can imagine, from the traditional California roll to specialty rolls like Mama Mia with shrimp tempura and cucumber, topped with spicy tuna, crabstick, creamy wasabi, firecracker sauce, and chili flakes.

Dinner

steakWhether you have spent the day hiking in Zion National Park or exploring St. George, you have most definitely worked up an appetite! We recommend the Rib & Chop House, where you can find a little bit of everything on the menu, from steak and burgers to seafood and BBQ. Choose from juicy cuts of steak such as a filet, top sirloin, ribeye, and New York strip. Other favorites include the Chop House Cesar Salad, sliced top sirloin topped with grilled onions and chopped bacon, then drizzled with a balsamic reduction, and the Chicken Marsala, grilled and marinated chicken with marsala cream sauce, roasted button mushrooms, sautéed spinach, and garlic mashed potatoes. Rib & Chop also offers a wide selection of beer and wine, in addition to specialty cocktails like the Bryce Canyon with coconut rum or the Zion with Chambord, Blue Curacao, Amaretto, and Spiced Rum. Non-alcoholic mocktails are also available – the Geneva Mule and the Berry “Nojito” are just a couple of the delicious choices!

Dessert

End your day of dining in St. George, Utah with a unique dessert from Sweet Rolled Tacos. It is famous for rolled ice cream tacos– an extraordinary creation of a waffle cone shell bursting with yummy rolled ice cream and toppings! A few of the unique flavors include Churro, Matcha, Strawberry Cheesecake, Coffee & Cream, Banana Cream Pie, and Mint Oreo. Besides ice cream tacos, you can also choose from a variety of boba teas and milkshakes!
